About Femwise Health

Clear, caring women's health, starting with PCOS

Femwise Health is an Indian women's health company that runs dietitian-led programs for PCOS (now called PMOS) with partner doctors, in Hindi and English. We also publish free guides and tools, each reviewed by a qualified expert.

For many women, PCOS care means a short clinic visit and a printed diet chart, with no one to ask when real life gets in the way.

Femwise fills that gap: a dietitian and a coach who stay with you for 12 weeks, with partner doctor consults built in, in your language, around the food you already cook.

What we believe

Five promises we keep

01

Your food, not a foreign diet

Plans start from roti, rice, dal and sabzi, because a plan you can't cook is a plan you won't follow.

02

Honest about limits

We say what a program can and can't do, and when you need a doctor in person.

03

Experts you can check

Every doctor's name, qualification and registration number is public on our doctors page.

04

Your data is yours

We ask before we collect anything, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it.

05

No miracle claims

We never promise a cure or a number on the scale, and we never sell medicines or supplements.

Founder note

Who started Femwise

Femwise was founded by Anjali Verma, an MBBS final-year.

During her medical studies, Anjali kept seeing the same thing. Women were making decisions about their periods, PCOS and food based on home remedies, family advice and social media, without anyone checking the evidence. Some spent months on diets that didn't fit their lives. Others waited too long to see a doctor.

She started Femwise Health so Indian women could get clear, kind information and real support from registered dietitians and doctors, in Hindi and English, around the food they already cook.

“My goal is simple. To bring science closer to you in a way that feels easy to understand and useful. You deserve clear information you can trust.”

— Anjali Verma, Founder

Anjali doesn't give medical advice through Femwise; our registered doctors and dietitians do.

How we work with doctors

Registered partner doctors make every medical decision in our programs. We pay them a fixed fee for each consult, never a commission and never for referrals. Each prescription carries the doctor's registration number. Our partner doctors sign off the clinical protocols, and from April 2027 our medical lead, an experienced partner doctor, owns them.
