Which PCOS program should I choose?
If you like structure and company, start with the PCOS Reset Cohort. If your days are unpredictable or you want personal attention every week, choose One-to-one PCOS Care. If a doctor has told you that your blood sugar, cholesterol or weight needs attention, join the Metabolic Care+ waitlist. The free call helps you decide.
Are the programs for PCOD too?
Yes. PCOD is the name many people in India use for PCOS, and in May 2026 experts renamed the condition PMOS. It is one condition with three names, and the programs cover it whatever you call it.
Do the programs include medicines or lab tests?
No. Your doctor decides whether you need tests or medicine. You get tests done at a lab you choose and buy any medicine at your own pharmacy, paying them directly. Femwise never sells medicines, supplements or tests.
Is everything online?
Yes. Classes and calls happen on video, consults are teleconsults, and check-ins come on WhatsApp, so you can join from anywhere in India. If your doctor feels you need to be examined in person, they will tell you.
Can I switch programs?
Yes. In your first two weeks you can move from the cohort to one-to-one care by paying the difference. And if illness, exams or a family emergency get in the way, you can pause once for up to four weeks.
Who can join?
Women aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, take insulin for diabetes, or have another long-term condition such as a heart or kidney problem, tell your advisor first: a partner doctor checks whether a program is safe for you before you pay.
