1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Femwise Health. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to them.

2. What Femwise is, and isn't

Femwise publishes health information and runs wellness programs supported by registered dietitians and registered partner doctors. Our articles, tools, guides and challenge are education, not medical advice or treatment. Medical care in our programs comes only from registered doctors, who are independent professionals and make every medical decision. We are not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 112.

3. Who can use what

Anyone can read our articles and use our free tools. To buy from us or join a program, you must be 18 or over and able to agree to these terms.

4. Programs

·  You join after a free call with an advisor, by paying, signing the consent form and completing the intake form honestly.

·  In week 1, your partner doctor checks that the program suits you. If it doesn't, we refund you in full.

·  Your program runs for 12 weeks from its start date: your batch's first class, or your first call in one-to-one care or Metabolic Care+. Missed classes are recorded; missed calls follow the rules on your program page.

·  You can pause once, for up to four weeks, for illness, exams or a family emergency.

·  In your first two weeks, you can move from the cohort to one-to-one care by paying the difference.

·  Medicines and lab tests are not included. If your doctor recommends them, you buy them from a pharmacy or lab of your choice.

·  The maintenance club renews every month until you cancel; cancel any time before your next payment date.

5. Digital products

When you buy a guide, tracker or the challenge, you get a personal licence to use it yourself. Please don't share, resell or post it; every copy carries the buyer's email. Download links work for 30 days and up to five downloads, and you can download again from My account.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. Shop prices include GST; program prices show "+ GST if applicable", and your invoice shows any tax. We may change prices, but never for an order you've already paid for. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy explains when and how you get your money back.

8. Groups and the community

Be kind, keep other members' stories private, don't sell or promote anything, and don't give medical advice. We may remove posts or members who break these rules, and refund the unused part of a paid membership if we do.

9. Our content

Everything on the site, including articles, guides, videos, designs and the Femwise name and logo, belongs to Femwise Health or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but not copy whole pages or products.

10. Liability

We work hard to keep our information accurate and our programs safe, but health results differ from person to person and we can't promise a particular outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or program concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact our grievance officer first; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. Courts in the city of our registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

12. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Changes don't apply to a program or order you've already paid for.
