Our articles, videos, guides, trackers and free tools give general information about women's health. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for advice from a doctor who knows you.
The PCOS symptoms checklist shows signs worth discussing with a doctor; it can't tell you whether you have PCOS (now called PMOS) or any other condition. Our calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter and don't predict ovulation or fertile days.
Reading our content or messaging us doesn't make you a patient of any doctor. Medical care in our programs comes only from registered partner doctors, during consults.
Before you start, stop or change a medicine, or make a big change to how you eat or exercise, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes or another long-term condition, or have had an eating disorder.
Every body is different, and we can't promise a particular result from any program, guide or habit.
We link to trusted sources, but we don't control other websites and aren't responsible for their content.
