Book a free 15-minute call

Tell a Femwise health advisor what's going on and what you'd like to change. They'll explain the programs honestly and help you choose, or tell you if a smaller step suits you better.

Pick a time that suits you

I'm 18 or over, and I agree that Femwise Health may call me and send WhatsApp messages about this booking. Read the privacy policy

Also send me Femwise's free weekly tips on WhatsApp and email.

You're booked. We've sent the details on WhatsApp. While you wait, you could take the free PCOS checklist; if you choose to send yourself the summary, you can share it with your advisor on the call.

Calls run Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation straight away.

What happens on the call

01

We call you at your time

A WhatsApp message from Femwise arrives first, so you know the number is ours.

02

You talk, we listen

What's bothering you, what you've tried and what you'd like to change.

03

We explain your options, with prices

Sometimes the right step is the free checklist or the ₹299 food guide, and we'll say so.

04

You decide in your own time

If you join, we send a payment link and the consent form on WhatsApp. If you'd rather wait, that's fine; we won't keep calling.

Who you'll speak to

A Femwise health advisor: a trained member of our team, not a doctor. Advisors don't diagnose, discuss medicines or give medical advice. If something you mention needs a doctor's attention, your advisor asks your permission to share it with a partner doctor, who reviews it before you pay for anything.

⚠  Don't wait for a call if you have

•  Very heavy bleeding, such as soaking through a pad every hour
•  Severe pain in your lower belly
•  Fainting, or feeling about to faint
•  Pain or bleeding with a positive pregnancy test

Go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call 112. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, call Tele-MANAS on 14416, free, at any hour.

Prefer to message? Email care@femwisehealth.com. We reply within one working day.
